::::Dali Decals review and giveaway::::

   So I love to paint, and I think I am pretty good at it. I have been asked to do wall murals for some kids bedrooms and have already started designing them. I actually wanted to maybe start doing that for a side hobby and extra income. Then I came across Dali Decals and thought again. Their decals are not only beautiful, but are way cheaper. It didn't take me that long to pick out a decal. I got to choose the color and had it reversed because I liked the mirrored image better. It came in the mail earlier then expected and they threw in a surprise decal of an adorable :) snowmanLook at these designs!

   Since I have paneled walls that are going to be replaced, I wanted to give my livingroom a facelift that wouldn't go to waste. I decided to make my piano a one of a kind and place the decal there. One problem..... I was wrong with measurements and the decal was too big. So it was suggested that I cut off the bottom part and use the rest of the decal to cut out my own shapes. I really didn't want to cut it, the decal was perfect the way it was. But, I really wanted it on my piano. So... I cut their little bums off. I drew willow tree branches on the extra vinyl and used a paper hole cutter to make fireflies. This is what I got:

    I absolutely love it! I can't even walk into my livingroom now without looking at it. I love the reversed image, I love the look and feel of the picture. It really adds such a great feel to the room. It would of taken me hours to do this, and the worry that I may mess up on the piano would be huge! I am definitely going to be keeping Dali Decals bookmarked. I have already redone the room belonging to the oldest child. But I have two more boys to go and will be looking into decals when that time comes.  The installation was super easy. I actually had a huge bubble that emerged on the little boys shoulder. I used their handy squeegee and carefully got the bubbles out. I was worried at first because it looked like it was going to ripple. Not the case. These decals are very delicate on some areas but so durable overall. I really had to press pretty hard to get that bubble out and it never ripped.
   Overall I give Dali Decals 4.5 out of 5. And, the only reason for not giving a five is that I would love to see more selection, especially in the kitchen area. Don't get me wrong, I loved their style, but others with different taste or ones wanting to revamp their kitchen may have a hard time finding something they want... for example fruit, coffee themes, cooks decor etc. But, I am sure they will have this soon since they put new ones up all the time and once more, they are beautiful.
