   Calling all dog owners ... there is a great little product that you will want to get. It's called the Puplight. I got the opportunity to review one of them for my two dogs and this was great for both of them for two different reasons. Both are great dogs but each has their quirks. My first dog, Cali, has had a rough start and when we got her she some issues to work through. Once they seemed to calm down, another dog was abandoned right next door to us. So of course Eko became part of the family. Well..Cali started acting like a rebellious kid after that. She is super jealous and now she takes off on us. Since she is a black lab, it's really hard to see her at night, especially if one of the kids let her out and she is running around. Now we have the puplight we can hook to her collar. So hopefully if she gets out other people/ cars will see her. I know I can definitely see the blue flash when she's running up and down the field.

   Eko is a slow poke kind of dog, but he is a great guide for walking. If Cali got out without the puplight we can hook it to Eko and go find her. Since she is so jealous we can get her back easier now:) But my husband and I have found more uses for it. The light is great. It is nice and bright and is really universal. We went to our storage unit one night when we were putting stuff away and we just put the strap around our head and used it like a miner's light. Worked great! At $19.95, these lights are a great deal and they come in different colors. You really can use them for so much more than the dogs..but they are definitely great for cars to see you if you and your pal are out walking at night. Also for your elderly dogs it lights the ground well so they can see where they are walking. It is only 2 1/2 ounces so it doesn't bog your mutt down. Want to hear something clever? They have a hair guard for your long furred pooches...gotta love that. That way the fur won't cover the light.
