The Take Action Bible - A book review

With today being Easter, I wasn't going to put a post up, but I think this review fits right into today. I want to tell you about a new Bible I received from Booksneeze.
   Features include:
  • 48 full-color pages
  • 15 real-life stories show how to take action with God's Word
  • 52 Take Action ideas
  • Personal Take Action note pages
  • New King James Version® (NKJV) UltraSlim Bible text
  • Translation and text notes
  • Words of Jesus in red
  • Concordance
  • Bible reading plan
The Take Action Bible is more than a full bible in the King James Version. It is also a book that tries to inspire you to get up from the couch and start taking action by living God's word and not just reading. In this Bible you will read about 15 inspiring stories of people that are taking action right now. You will also find 52 actions to take giving you one action for each week of the year. These are not one time actions, you can do this every year and they are just good deeds anyway. For example, the first action is to show gratitude. Thank someone who works hard for making your day possible or easier. This is just a great thing to do anyway!
Another feature this bible has is section introductions. There are 8 sections in all which the first being The Pentateuch, also known as the The Torah (1st 5 books). After each section is one of the inspiring stories, exercises to get you thinking and a page to write section notes. There are 9 full color maps in the back of this bible to give you more understanding of how things were back then.
I highly recommend this Bible for the 52 action ideas and the over all inspiring feel it has. This bible lifts your spirit as a missionary would. If you have plenty of Bibles and don't need it yourself, buy it here for someone you love. Especially if you know someone who has just been saved and is talking about getting more involved! Happy Easter everyone.

I received this product for the purpose of review. The opinions in this post are 100% my own and may differ from yours.
