Hello Ladies. Hello to all of you, but i have something for ladies right now. We all love to look toned. Some may like larger curves when others like to be slender, but I think all of us can say we like a nice, smooth shape... no matter what shape that may be. Vedette shape wear is just what we need to put in our wardrobe for a dramatic effect in just a few seconds time. It flattens the tummy (getting rid of muffin top look) and perks up 'the ladies'. Depending on what piece you get, it also shapes, or tones your bum or maybe trims up the thighs. There are so many different styles of shape wear that target different areas, one will not have trouble finding what they need.

   I reviewed the Classic Powernet Corset (style 300) in the color nude.Here are some specs:

    I loved the style because I am a corset sucker anyways. I was extremely excited when I got it and wasted no time trying it out. The material is nylon, spandex and cotten. The ribbing and clasps seem very durable and the whole garment is quite stretchy. It has two rows for hooks so it is adjustable. My big mistake was the size. I looked at the sizing chart and fell mostly into the small. To make sure, I actually contacted the company. They were helpful but told me this piece relied   a lot on the exact waistline measurement. I could range small everywhere else but if I was larger on the waistline, then I would want to go with that. I didn't have my sewing tape handy and just decided to go with my best educated guess.

    I should have gone with a medium. I can get the shapewear on, and it does the job, but it feels like it is squeezing my innards out and is my body is very thankful when I take it off. But, this was not the companies fault.. it was my own for not having the exact waistline measurement and I was warned that their sizes may run small. Knowing this, I should have made sure! I have been sick and not eating much, so I tried it on again and it seemed less uncomfortable.. but I am not going to starve myself to look thin or not hurt while I'm in it. So ... advice to all of you thinking about getting Vedette Shape wear. Please pay attention to the target areas the shape wear helps with and have correct measurements. Do not guess and if in doubt still, go up one size. The shape wear is adjustable and is easier to adjust if it is too big then if it is small!
