You know a product is good when it goes from being sold door to door by a family to 13 years later being moved into 6,200 square foot plant and is even stronger 50+ years after that! I have always used Pledge for my wood care. I heard about Scott's Liquid Gold, but just never tried it out. I don't have the wood floors that I want yet, so I just stuck to dusting and polishing my wood furniture and I have always used the above mentioned. Well, that is in the past now. I really didn't expect anything different for results then what I normally get when I clean off my wood but boy was I wrong.
I got the opportunity to try out Scott's Liquid Gold Wood Cleaner & Preservative in the original almond scent and the Wood Wash concentrate. It couldn't have come at more perfect time because I had just spent the whole day organizing all the clutter in my living room that had gathered on all the surfaces and just went right through on a tear. So polishing the wood, and washing windows and such was the only thing left to do to really seal the deal on clean. I got right to trying the Wood Cleaner & Preservative that comes in an aerosol can. Immediately I loved the scent a lot better then what I've used before and I could feel the conditioning of the wood when I wiped. I used a microfiber mop cover (pretty much a dust rag) with the spray and got my computer desk, piano, tables and more. I couldn't stop once I started. Right now, several hours after I have polished them, they are as shiny as I started. I mean, instant results and no greasy feel! Not very often do I get on a product high like this... You guys heard me when I did last... with certain bubbles that did wonders in my bathroom.... well I'm more excited with Liquid Gold.
Now my camera could not do Liquid Gold justice but this is the best I can do to show you. Here are some pictures of my piano before and after and it dries that shiny without feeling greasy.
Look at the above pictures of what the spray did for my stainless steel! I am slowly but surely getting more and more stainless steel in my kitchen and wood everywhere else. I can't help it. I love them. I know when they are clean and they look beautiful. So Scott's Liquid Gold is the cleanser in keeping them clean and great looking. Especially since Scott's Liquid Gold also works on stainless steel too. You can use it on the sink, fridge and stove to keep them smudge free and shiny. Here are some more pictures of my floor with using the Wood Wash Concentrate. (This is great for the bigger areas that you need to wash, such as wood floors and linoleum).
Here are the listed details of the Wood Cleaner and Preservative:
