Calypso Studios - a review

   I am not one of those girls that you would say wears a lot of jewelry. It is not because I don't like it, it is because I am kind of picky on it and don't usually have it at the top of my head to buy when I am shopping. I love ones that are given to me, but I tend to go more into the home made or earthy choices. 

   One shop I am in love with is Calypso Studios. I am in love with almost everything they have to offer. Even their totes. I told you all that there would be a review coming up and it is here :) Erin from Calypso sent a beautiful Sunrise necklace made of shell in their nautilus  collection. It is a lovely 4 strand necklace with nautilus shell beads in shades of pink and orange. Here's how it looks on!

   My camera did not pick up how stunning the stones are in that picture so I took a couple of close ups with the other camera to show you the detail. Who wouldn't love the beauty in those shells! They have a mother of pearl kind of look to the but in more loud colors. I love how they are all different shapes and just have that natural feel to them.The necklace strands then go to smaller plastic beads and gets hooked with a clasp. 

I won a wrap bracelet a while back and it is very durable. I have wrapped it around my wrists so many times and it has been swimming with me and everything. The quality of Calypso's jewelry is fantastic. 

My favorite collection is the It's a Wrap collection. These bracelets are not only super stylish with its layers but also can be worn as a necklace too. They also have totes, shag purses, keyrings, bookmarks and comfort crosses. They keep adding new things and each new thing gets me to be more and more of a fan. If you have not checked out Calypso Studios yet, by all means stop by. Don't think that you are going to be looking at things with crazy prices. I think the highest priced item I saw on there was $25 and that was because it had birthstones in the necklace. You can grab yourself a stylish piece at $10!

I have bookmarked Calypso and when I do shopping later on in the year, they will be at the top of the list. Shipping is always fast! I have gotten two items now and it only took a couple days. They were safely wrapped and came in perfect condition. I do however, need to talk to my UPS guy. When a package says fragile on it, it shouldn't be delivered with what look like skid marks all over a bent up package. Thank goodness for Calypso safely wrapping it! No harm done, but that wasn't cool.
