Bodum Pavina double walled thermal glasses is your key to serving hot or cold drinks in a modern and stylish way and they also keep the drinks the temperature they are supposed to be for longer. We got a set of 2 that were 8 ounces and we loved them.
These cups are mouth blown with borosilicate glass. This means it will be thinner but it is more durable than other glass. These cups have 2 layers or clear glass layers and an air in between so that it prevents condensation on the glass, which I think is great!
I love the shape of these glasses. They are so comfortable in the hand that I let the kids use them. They are just the perfect shape. They are also microwave safe and can hold hot liquids. It's great that you can use them for nearly every drink.
Our set did get broken, however this had nothing to do with how it was made. We will be getting another set because they really are great and functional. In fact these would make Christmas gifts! They broke because my hubs put them on the top shelf in the cupboard and had it leaning on the door when he opened it. They are glass, and they fell from a high distance.. so they broke. I will say this though... be careful! If yours does break, they do shatter. I do want to stress though that these were great cups.
They will also make fantastic dorm presents for your college attending child.
