SmartTouch touchscreen compatible gloves - review and giveaway

Do you ever get tired of having to take off your gloves so you can reply to a text message? The reason for some touchscreens not working with styluses and gloves on the hands is because the screen is not receiving the electrical current that runs through your fingers. I used to think it was body heat, but this is not the case.

Well, thanks to SmarTouch touchscreen compatible gloves, we no longer have to chill our fingers to text a message or make a call. Made with Isotoner's signature Stretch materials for superior fit and flexibility, the gloves have a conductive thread embroidered on the index fingers and thumbs that conveys the electrical impulse to touch screen devices -allowing uninterrupted typing and texting in the cold.
Getting gloves that fit nice and snug is important. Better fitting gloves, mean better usage of your hands when you need to push the buttons.

We reviewed the Men's black fleece lined gloves in size M/L . These are extremely comfortable. The fleece on the inside is the best for softness and the texture on the palm helps them to not be so slippery. They did indeed work on touchscreens and it was nice to do outside without having to take the gloves off. Honestly, the only down side to these gloves are that they are not waterproof. I have to admit though, they took the water a lot better than I thought they would. I ran my fingers under the faucet for a good 15-20 seconds before I started even feeling the wetness and I think that was because I rubbed them together. I was trying to imitate making snowballs in these gloves and how wet they can get :) But, I did see some gloves that would do well in slushy weather by Isotoner. These gloves happen to be on sale right now for $31.50 (originally $42.00). They are also having a promotion right now. If you buy one pair get the second 1/2 off.

These gloves are compatible with most touchscreens that are out there. This includes the photo machines, gas pumps and more. Once you get these gloves, you are going to wonder how you have done without them. These small inconveniences, although they may be small, are still little irritations throughout the day. I hate to be cold, so I definitely see beauty of these gloves. Since having them, I have used an atm and gone to Home Depot to do a propane exchange. (In case you didn't know, they have this great automatic propane exchange now) It was nice being able to keep the gloves on. They have lots of different styles too. From ladies colors to nice classy leather.

Isotoner is having a giveaway of their own right now. You can enter to win your choice of slippers from http://www.totes-isotoner.com/ . If they are as soft as their gloves, I am totally all over that lol. There will be a winner a day until the sweepstakes ends on December 11th. So go enter here and tell your friends. I'm not done yet though... do you want to win an ipad or $5,000? Stupid question... I know... well submit a photo of your best misfit gift (we have all had them) and you could be the winner! Enter at The Ultimate Misfit Gift Contest. Now on to the other giveaway...

Isotoner is giving one of my lucky readers their own pair of SmarTouch gloves. These will make a great gift .. don't miss out! Use the rafflecopter below to enter and good luck!

my husband would benefit from the gloves since winter is coming on and his hands are too cold to be taking the gloves off to answer his phone.
