Do you suffer from Tendonitis or Carpal Tunnel? What about a Repetitive Stress Injury? I suffer every time I want real potatoes or write on my blog for extended periods of time. After peeling about 4 or 5 potatoes, my wrist feels out of wack and my elbow is killing me. The best way I can describe it is it feels like someone hits your funny bone but you don't get the tingly feeling, just the uncomfortable pressure in the elbow and it stays.
The Wristwand is a great new tool to help battle these pains. I have seen the scars on ones that have had carpal tunnel syndrome surgery. The procedure might not have been bad but the recovery is uncomfortable, you have the scar and then it doesn't seem to work for very long anyway. I don't want to go through that for a temporary relief. The Wristwand is not meant to be the cure all for these symptoms but it can surely help relieve the pain!
Depending on what stretch you do, you can target key muscle groups that pertain to your symptoms. I do the stretch pictured above the most. It took a minute for me to get it, lol. But once I did, it really felt good right away. You could tell that it was the exact spot I needed help with. After doing this a few times a day, my wrists feel more strengthened. It is hard to explain but they don't feel as fragile and I haven't had any soreness in my elbows or wrists even though lately I have been on this pc for hours at a time. There are not many things you can do to get to certain muscles in your elbows and wrists. This wand is the perfect device to do that and easily. All you do is put your hands on the handles and do the different stretches that tend to your need. Here are some other stretches:
Athletes are not the only ones raving about this product. I am a stay at home mom that just suffers from really weak joints and have tendon issues, but chiropractors and other doctors practices have adopted this as an aid as well. There are many testimonies available for you to read on their site. This wand goes for $14.95 + $3.00 shipping and it comes in your choice of 5 colors. Black, blue, red, green and purple.
For something so simple to use, it surely has a big effect. Prevention is always the best medicine. If you play tennis, golf or have an RSI ( repetitive stress injury ), then you just have to give WristWand a try! Today is your lucky day! Here is your chance to try one for free. One lucky reader will get one sent to them in the color of black. Use the rafflecopter below to enter and good luck!
