Ahhh... the holidays. I'm already starting to get into spirit. Once I start getting presents and doing some home made gifts.. the cheer just starts laying on me real thick. I get excited for family coming over and all the festivities we will be having. This is when I am up way to darn late looking on the computer for my next inspiration be it a gift idea or a tutorial. I stumbled on the cutest how to the other night and can't wait to try it.
The original post by Christy Robbins was how to make a wedding invitation Christmas ornament featured below (click on the picture to go there). I love this idea! But what if you aren't real comfortable cutting up the invitation or what if you want the printed invite but the ornament as well?
You could get some personalized ribbon and CraftsNFavors has you covered. They have 29 different ribbon colors and 14 print colors so you can really get the look you wanted for the wedding. Maybe the wedding was in October and it was a little on the haunted side.. you may choose something like black ribbon with gold print or lavender ribbon if the wedding happened in the spring.
I am definitely pinning this and adding to my 'going to try' list. The possibilities are endless with personalized ribbon for favors and by favors I mean elegant party or wedding favors. You can tie it around personalized candy or mini gift boxes. You will really hike up the classiness adding one of these ribbons to your project. What would you use the ribbon for?
