When I brought my son 'Spaz' home from the hospital I didn't know what was best for him as far as how he should sleep. I heard so many contradicting things it made my head spin. I was so worried... he was my first and was tiny. When I took him home he was 4 lbs 12 oz. I didn't sleep at all at first ... just watched and waited for him to wake up. He slept in a bassinet right next to my bed. But most of the time we both passed out when he was nursing. I would wake up later with him laying on my chest and I'm soaked lol.
Looking back on things, I probably didn't make the smartest choices and I opened the what if doors. What if he suffocated when we fell asleep nursing. His neck wasn't strong at all... What if the thin pillow that usually held him right in place slid and he suffocated that way. I would have never forgiven myself if I lost my baby over a moment of lapsed judgement. I am not an over thinker but it did make me think. I wouldn't want to be overconfident and not cautious.
That is why I want to introduce a new Lifenest sleeping system by UBIMED. This is the answer to all the questions on how your baby should sleep. This mesh hammock keeps the baby in place on their back but doesn't give them the closed in ... restricted feeling. It is lifted at just the right angle to be comfortable but be really good for their back. Netting under the head and other materials help reduce baby sweating (this would have been loved with my youngest...hes a sweater!!) ... the netting is hypoallergenic and dust mites free....I believe what is meant by this is that it is preventive against it. ;)
Here is a video to see a great demonstration on this sleeping system. You can tell that this is a great design and would be great for any baby and give you that peace of mind. It has extra covers you can buy in 5 different colors. It comes with white but you can get yellow, blue, pink, and green.
UBIMED wants on lucky reader to get a huge discount of 35% off! Which is good... in my opinion the system is pretty pricey and so are the covers... but what is a steep one time payment for quieting those nagging fears and preventing your babies suffocation in the middle of the night. It it so portable too .. it just looks like one of those ingenious products that every mother should have. I can see my kids sleeping hours in that and being happy.
This is going to be a contest with super easy entries. So get a Lifenest sleeping system for yourself and your baby or be the one who gets that great, unique and favorite gift for that baby shower. Here is how:
Leave separate comments for each entry... and leave your email address. This contest ends April 8th at 11:59 est time. I will pick the winner via random.org. The winner will have 48 hours to respond. If they do not, a new winner will be chosen. The company will email the winner with the discount code. Good luck!
