Trevor with his own story is a local hero working as search and rescue in the mountains. At first he doesn't like what Natalie sees in him and this increases his desire to get to know her and her gift more.
In the background a sadistic stalker is on the loose and causes quite a stir that Trevor can not ignore. With every rescuing bone in his body and a budding love with one who has an eye for detail, the search is on.
My thoughts:
I found this book to be just enough to keep you going but wasn't the thrill I long for in a good story. I liked the characters enough and I liked how they all seemed to help each other out with different hurdles that they all seemed to have, but something about the way it read was a little too juvenile for me. What I mean by that is a 13 or 16 year old would probably shoot me looks for saying anything negative and love its layers of plots.
It is an easy read and passed the test for a one time indulgence, but would not be an habitual offender on my list. Then again, I have to really love it to read it more then once anyways. So all in all, I would say yes to it being an interesting book that can keep you turning the pages but don't hold your breath for an rush of suspense.

I received this book WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Company (Blogging for Books). I was never asked to give a positive review, just my honest opinion.
