IMAK Pain Relief Innovaton - reviews and eye pillow giveaway!

I am only 28 years old and have many concerns for myself in the future. Some of these concerns have to do with week joints and jabbing pains in my elbows. I am constantly twisting my ankles just from jogging outside. In fact, I broke 3 of my toes in a row and didn't even know it because it is such a routine thing for me to do something stupid like that. I now have one larger foot than the other due to inflamed joints.

The pain in my elbow occurs when I am mostly doing things like peeling potatoes or cutting carrots. It is horrendous. The best way to describe this pain is if you hit your funny bone real good. You know how there is the pain, then the weird numbness and then the tingles? Well I get the pain sensation a lot. I never want to make fresh vegetables like these in fear of killing my elbow from it. I started looking into this problem (having it in the back of my mind that it was carpal tunnel). I had seen a doctor about it and carpal tunnel was thrown around in the conversation but I didn't like any of the solutions!

I have had two friends get carpal tunnel surgery and I had different symptoms than they seemed to. I can have pain in my hands but usually it is fusing up from crocheting and what not. Honestly I must have horrible bones! While looking into what it could be, I stumbled upon IMAK, a company that is committed to providing you with the most effective products for your comfort and pain relief. The more I started reading and checking into their products and more about the pain online, I started thinking it was more of a tennis elbow issue. I am not a tennis player but I do lots of repeated activity with typing on the keyboard, painting ,writing, crocheting, learning guitar and more, so it could be either or but one thing I am nearly certain of is it is definitely a tendon issue!

I talked to a wonderful lady by the name of Kylia and she explained the symptoms I was having to her CEO and they pointed me in the right directions as to what products may help and allowed me to review their hand selected items to see if they would help. Not only did I receive exactly what I needed for the pain but also they are incredible for relaxation. Let me tell you about a few of their great products and at the end of this article you could win one of their awesome eye pillows!
The SmartGlove was the first item that caught my eye. Here are some of the key benefits:
  • Helps prevent and relieve carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Increases comfort and circulation
  • Ensures ergonomically correct wrist position
  • Cushions and protects the underside of the wrist, including the pisiform bone
  • Reversible to fit left or right hand
I love that this glove is reversible and the beads are fantastic. The beads are the perfect rest for your wrist and they feel like a feather pillow. I absolutely am in love with the ergoBeads. I like using this glove when I am using the laptop or writing and I also find it helpful in the car. The brace on the inside (opposite of the beads) works well to help you keep the correct wrist position mentioned above. You can feel the 'posture' difference!

SmartGlove: $27.99
The Wrist Cushion for the Keyboard is a great way to add extra relief and can be used in different ways.
Some of the key benefits are:
  • Cushions and massages your wrists
  • Cool and comfortable
  • Contours to your keyboard
  • Squeezable for stress relief
  • Freeze for extra cooling relief
When I am not on the keyboard, I like to use this as a neck relief. So far the oldest son, my husband and myself have all fell asleep to this wrapped around out neck when going to sleep. It is great when you put it in the freezer.

The Mouse cushion is pretty similar but I use this every time I am on the computer. I can't imagine not having this now. What a difference this made for my cramping wrist while surfing the net. I highly suggest this combo but especially the mouse cushion!

Keyboard wrist cushion: $23.99
Mouse wrist cushion: $19.99

This one has probably been the most helpful. The Tennis Elbow Band is the thing to wear while I am peeling those vegetables. I have definitely noticed a difference in how long it takes for me to start feeling the pain. IF you have that same pain (a sensation like hitting your funny bone and is sore on the outside of your elbow...) you will want to pick one of these up!  Here are some of the key features:
  • Buckle and Velcro® allows easy adjustment and a perfect fit
  • Cushioning foam and cotton lining for padded, breathable support
  • Light and comfortable to assure complete freedom of movement
They also have one for PM that gently immobilizes your elbow so you don't do the painful movements during your sleep.

Tennis Elbow Band: $19.99

NOW for the best in relaxation... and the giveaway! IMAK's Eye Pillow. You will instantly fall in love with this product! This is my youngest trying it out:

The best way to describe this pillow is putting a nice cool feather pillow gently over your eyes... without the feather's pricks that you can feel sometimes. The massaging ergoBeads that are inside, again are amazing. You can put this eye pillow right in the freezer and on those hot summer nights... drift off into a total relaxing deep sleep and wake up extremely refreshed.

This really has nothing to do with my pain or symptoms but boy am I glad I got to try this out! What a lovely product! And one of you gets to try it out too! They are giving one of these away... so use the rafflecopter to enter and good luck!

I received this product for the purpose of review. The opinions in this post are 100% my own and may differ from yours. I was not paid or asked to be positive. Thank you Kylia and IMAK for allowing me to review your wonderful products!
