My thoughts:
I don't normally go for the non fiction books very often. I actually love the idea of reading them but I rarely can stay interested. However, this one caught my eye. I had seen Nick on tv before and was already inspired by what little bit I knew of him. His amazing story and good looks were far too distracting to dwell on the missing limb thing.
Nick made it real easy to stay interested in his book. His sense of humor is identical to mine and he has a great way of relaying things to you. His empathy shines through the pages and there's no way that you can't be inspired to not only have goals and ambitions and strife to find your purpose for God but also to reevaluate the drama that we let sneak into our lives find the strength for all the big hurdles you may face. He truly is a great example of everyone having a purpose and God turning things around for your good. I can't imagine how many lives would not have been changed if Nick were aborted. Thank God for giving his parents the love and strength to value human life, no matter what difficulties may lie ahead!
I highly recommend this book. I am actually (for the first time since reviewing books) going to purchase a copy for the local library and my church. I just know that everyone can benefit from Nick and his motivation.
