We (ladies), can be awfully cruel to our hair. We do so many things to it that it is a wonder that it stays in half the time. We need to help our hair out so he don't look like frizz balls and keep it healthy. When we use hair dryers, straighteners or curlers, we should really be giving our hair some protection and extra conditioning. When I got my straightener, which I loved, it came with some heat protection that added shine as well. As much as I wanted to protect my hair, I really hated how it made my hair feel.
I love when my hair feels light and sleek. It's great when it's bouncy and feels alive. The spray I was using however, would make my hair feel like I hadn't washed it in a while and the fumes were horrendous. It weighted it down and felt extremely greasy. It reminds me of the first hair products ever used back in the 80's / early 90's. Nothing I feel like using, that's for sure.
I got a chance to check out something different that I can actually enjoy and feel good about using.

My thoughts:
My only complaint about this product is that it doesn't come in a bigger bottle with more in it! It has such a pleasant and refreshing feel and smell to it. The best description I can give you is that it reminds me and my sister of the good smelling sun screen with hints of citrus and maybe vanilla. My husband didn't even know I got this stuff and I tried it out. He actually told me I smelled really good and asked what it was. There has only been one other fragrance he has initiated compliments for and that is the body spray I use. So Shielo is a keeper!
